  • Step 2: Click "Login" and log in using your email address/password
  • Step 3: Click "View addresses"
  • Step 4: Click “Edit” to enter your new address information and click "Update address"

If you have multiple addresses, please follow these instructions:

  • Step 1: Visit VitalityBone.com
  • Step 2: Click "Login" and log in using your email address/password
  • Step 3: Click "View addresses"
  • Step 4: Enter your multiple address on the section of “Add a new Address”

How do I change my subscription term?

To change your subscription term, please follow the instructions below:

  • Step 1: Visit VitalityBone.com
  • Step 2: Click "Login" and log in using your email address/password
  • Step 3: Click "Manage Subscription" on right panel
  • Step 4: Click “Change Frequency” to choose the subscription term that you would prefer
  • Step 5: Click "Save Changes" to save your changes

The change will be applied on your next renewal date; be sure to change your subscription term prior to being billed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees or penalty. Please keep in mind there is no way to reactivate a canceled subscription. If you would like to rejoin the Vitality Bone subscription service you will need to place a new subscription order again.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below:

  • Step 2: Click "Login" and log in using your email address/password
  • Step 3: Click "Manage Subscription" on right panel
  • Step 4: Click “View Details” to and Find “Cancel Subscription” Section
  • Step 5: Click “Cancel Subscription” to confirm you are canceling the orderPlease

Note: You must cancel your order at least 24 hours before your next shipment is scheduled to go out. If you cancel your order after you are billed for the next bone shipment, then that shipment will be your last. If you are emailing us to request that your account be ordered, please be sure to send your email 3 days before your scheduled shipment cycle to give us the necessary time to get to your inquiry.

If I cancel my subscription, will my information be saved?

Your information will be stored if you log into your VitalityBone.com account using the same email address and password.

What is the deadline for an address change?

Your Vitality Bone order will always be shipped to the address on file when your payment is processed. Address changes must be made at least 24 hours before your shipping cycle in order to take effect for the next shipping.

Why is my subscription order showed "Paused"?

Your subscription order will be showed “Paused” when your payment is unsuccessful. Our system will automatically try to bill the payment method on file for multiple times. If still the payment is unsuccessful, the subscription will be paused, and the system will send an email to you to remind you update your billing information.
