Add-On orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground within the contiguous U.S. Currently, we do not provide free shipping for Add-On orders. For orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada), we can use UPS Air Service with additional charge.
Generally, Add-Ons are shipped the same day when we receive the orders. All orders received after 12:00pm EST will be shipped the next day. We do not provide free shipping for Add-On orders so you will be charged for a fee calculated by UPS. You have the option of selecting UPSExpress. You will be charged for express shipping.
Your Add-Ons will ship separately from your Vitality Bone subscription. You’ll receive a separate tracking number, and your tracking email will contain a list of what has shipped. Your Add-On orders will not delay the shipping of your subscription orders.
Note: Cancelling your Vitality Bone subscription order will not impact your Add-On orders, you will still receive the items you have ordered. The transactions will remain independent of each other.
