A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returned products must:

Be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase;
Include proof of purchase and reason for return.

Approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
