Refund policy

At Vitality Product, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

Return Authorization Required

All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund or credit. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained before any item is returned. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an authorized return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A copy of the original invoice and the reason for the return must be included.
  • Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Products must not have been sterilized or exposed to human fluids.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

No refunds or store credit will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or demo items
  • Custom-ordered equipment
  • Special order products not regularly stocked
  • Personalized or imprinted items
  • Expired products
  • Products that cannot be returned to the manufacturer

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect all packages and products immediately upon delivery.

If the packaging is damaged, the product appears defective, or the item does not function as intended, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.

For confirmed defective products:

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be issued within 24 hours.

Replacement product(s) will be shipped once the returned item has been received and processed.

Important Notes

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
