Cancellation policy
Certain products available on Vitality Product may be offered through subscription plans, pre-orders, or other special purchase options. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you may modify or cancel them.
Subscriptions
Some products may be available as recurring subscription purchases with automatic repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select during checkout.
By purchasing a subscription:
- You authorize us to securely store your payment information and charge your selected payment method for each scheduled delivery.
- Subscription orders will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
- Billing frequency and shipment intervals are determined by the subscription option selected at checkout.
You may manage, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation or recurring order emails.
Subscription cancellations submitted after a recurring order has already been processed may apply to the next billing cycle rather than the current shipment.

Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders for items that are temporarily out of stock or not yet released.
When placing a pre-order:
- We may collect full payment, partial payment, or authorization for future payment at checkout.
- Orders will be fulfilled once inventory becomes available.
- Estimated availability dates are subject to change.
You may cancel a pre-order any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped.
Once a pre-order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available; however, eligible returns may still qualify under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
